It's not always easy being a vegan author, particularly if your goal is to reach out to non-vegan readers.
But that doesn't mean you have to hide who you are.
True, "vegan" carries a great deal of baggage, though I would argue that most of the baggage resides on the receiving end. You could also say "plant-based" -- though I find this applies more to cookbook authors than writers or fiction.
I find that vegan readers will seek out vegan authors. But in order to be found you need to first let people know you're vegan.
So this little website I created is one way to do just that. You enter your name and you can download an image that you can share on the socials or even your website. And you can change the color of the badge to pretty much any color it can think of.
